In the event of any inconsistency, the specific game or sport rules take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of bet settlement.
A bet is only confirmed once pk9999's system has generated a unique bet confirmation reference number and the corresponding stake amount has been deducted from your account balance. Until this confirmation is received, no bet shall be deemed to have been accepted. pk9999 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at any time prior to confirmation, without obligation to provide a reason.
Cricket betting on pk9999 covers PSL (Pakistan Super League) matches, bilateral Pakistan international series, ICC tournaments including the Cricket World Cup, T20 World Cup, and Champions Trophy, as well as major domestic and international T20 leagues. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules regarding rain interruptions, player withdrawals, match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis calculations, and live in-play market suspension — are published separately on the cricket betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms.
pk9999 reserves the right to void any bet, in full or in part, in the following circumstances:
In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance. No winnings, bonuses, or other benefits are payable in respect of a voided bet.
pk9999 applies maximum win limits on a per-event and per-market basis. These limits are published within the Platform's betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice. Regardless of the accumulated potential winnings on a parlay or accumulator bet, pk9999's stated maximum win limit for the relevant sport or game type shall apply as the absolute ceiling on any single payout.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by pk9999 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to a pk9999 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits for each promotion are detailed in the relevant promotional page on the Platform.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may have its account permanently suspended.
Note: pk9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially alter your rights or obligations as a Player — pk9999 will provide not less than 7 days' advance written notice via email to your registered address before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of pk9999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your funds before the effective date.
